Bio
I work on spatial, technological, and legal aspects of international conflict (mostly in the Arab-Israeli context), negotiation and conflict resolution, maritime strategy, and intelligence studies. I held research appointments at Program on Negotiations @ Harvard Law School, the Belfer Center @ Harvard Kennedy School. Am a Visiting Scholar (2019-2021), Department of Political Science, Stanford University and an affiliate at Stanford's CISAC, and Berkeley's Center for Middle-Eastern Studies. Taught also @ Harvard Law School (one seminar...), MIT's Department of Political Science, and Berkeley's Department of Political Science. Author of two books and some fifty academic articles, and policy studies as well as numerous opinion pieces.
